Jake is a graduate from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI in which he was enrolled in their Professional Golf Management Program. Jake spent his first few years in the golf business by splitting his time between Evanston Golf Club in Skokie, IL and Jupiter Hills Club in Tequesta, FL. He moved to New England and worked as a First Assistant at Dedham Country and Polo Club before moving over to Charles River Country Club. Jake also gained experience as a Head Golf Professional at Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead, and Plymouth Country Club (MA). Jake’s passion for golf includes teaching all level of players, playing the game and all things related to this wonderful game.

Lead Assistant Professional | [email protected]

Nate joins Walpole Country Club as our Lead Assistant Golf Professional, having spent the last eight seasons at clubs in the greater Boston area, including Oakley Country Club and Wellesley Country Club. He brings with him valuable experience in tournament operations and an outstanding commitment to member service. In addition, Nate has significant experience with Golf Genius, junior golf, and instruction, including as a PGA Junior League coach for the past five seasons and as a certified US Kids Golf instructor. Prior to beginning his golf career in New Hampshire at Cochecho Country Club, Nate received a degree in Golf Operations from the Golf Academy of America in Phoenix, Arizona.

Bob grew up here at Walpole Country Club, as his father was the Head Professional from 1975 - 1989. He has worked at Dedham Golf & Polo Club as well as Foxfire Country Club and Fiddlesticks Country Club in Florida. Before coming back to Walpole, Bob was at The Ridge Club for 15 years both as the 1st Assistant, and then as the Director of Outside Operations. Bob has a passion for teaching, especially juniors. He has coached high school at Newton South, Sandwich High School, and now Walpole High School. In 2019, the Sandwich Girls team won the State Championship and he was honored as The Boston Globe’s "Coach of the Year.”

Bailey attended Westfield State University, where she earned recognition as a member of the Empire 8 All-Sportswoman Team. She began her professional career as an assistant at Brookmeadow Country Club in Canton, MA, advancing to the role of First Assistant. Most recently, she served as an Assistant Professional at Indian Hill Country Club in Newington, CT. In addition to her professional experience, Bailey is the Head Women’s Golf Coach at Assumption University in Worcester, MA. Passionate about the game, she enjoys working with golfers of all ages and is dedicated to growing the sport. She will be the Lead Assistant for the WCC Women's Golf Program and will be active with all other Golf operations, including the Junior Program.

Jim attended the University of Delaware and received his Golf Management Degree from Professional Golfers Career College. He was the Outside Operations Manager at Framingham Country Club for seven years before joining our team. Jim lives in Walpole with his two children.
